ATM Disputes
We apologize that you are experiencing difficulties with the ATM.
If you are calling in regards to using an ATM and you didn’t receive your requested funds we ask that you please contact your card issuer and request them to file an EFT dispute for the amount of money you did not receive from the ATM. Once we receive the EFT Dispute from your card issuer we will work directly with them to resolve the issue. If you need further assistance, please contact our office during normal business hours.
