The primary role of the Inside Sales Support Coordinator is to provide front-line support for our existing customers and to ensure that all requests and orders are processed in a timely manner. This includes responding to customer inquiries while also assisting in managing customer accounts by performing administrative tasks such as researching new products, tracking orders and investigating problems. The Inside Sales Support Coordinator will often interact with other departments within the company in order to address customer inquiries as well as to assist in the coordination of new product sales and/or service installations.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing new sales leads
Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
Monitoring customer accounts
Providing data and reports to help the sales team
Keeping track of sales targets
Answering phone calls
Scheduling deliveries and/or installations
Provide product information to meet client needs
Following up on all inquiries
Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)
Minimum of 5 years sales or inside sales support experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50+ pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours or work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required. May require participation in Industry trade shows (2-3 time per year).
